ABOUT LIQUID CRYSTAL GALLERY:
This project is a synthesis of many goals. Original photography and inspired photo-montage by Arthur Durkee sparked us to create ambient music soundtracks and wed the two into a unified whole. In creating this dynamic new artform, we found a unique way to express ourselves to the world.
The music was written and produced in both stereo and Dolby 5.1 Surround sound. If you have a surround sound system please make sure that you select surround sound on your DVD player to realize the full potential of your audio environment while paying this DVD.
The video is presented in anamorphic widescreen format, suitable for most LCD and high-def plasma video screens.
The appearance of the LCG logo in the lower right hand corner of the video screen indicates the beginning of a new piece of music. At any timme you may switch on the subtitle track (on your remote) to read the title of the piece currently playing.
Play any LCG DVD and transform your video screen into a work of ambient fine art, with moving images that slowly change over time. Compelling photography and original music take you on a soothing journey, creating a place of relaxation and peace, a safe haven from a hectic world.
